Do I set up the phone or WhatsApp myself?
No. Orderking does that. You only create the assistant for a location you already have.
Where do the prices come from?
From your location catalogue. The assistant does not calculate them.
What is sent to the till?
Only the stored order. The status page and payment page are ours.
Can I add locations?
Yes, as the DineKeeper location add-on. Tamamo does not sell a second location price.
How do credits work?
You buy balance from us. At zero the channel pauses, never mid-conversation.
Which languages are supported?
The site is in German, English, Turkish and Arabic. The assistant detects the language in the conversation.
